Free technical assistance is available to FACES 3.1 and FACES 4.0 users for 90 days after registration.

Registration will also ensure you are included in our mailing list for alerts on FACES upgrades and patches.

The product serial number required for registration is located on the back of your software CD case.

Please note that after registering you will be the only person entitled to receive technical assistance: the service cannot be transferred to another user.

Extended technical assistance, or assistance for earlier versions of FACES software, is available for an annual fee of $120. For further information please contact us at 1-650-551-5277.
