PRODUCT PATCHES



All patches for FACES are offered in English for both the Windows and Macintosh platforms. Before continuing, you must read and agree to our software license agreement.

The FACES (TM) patch software and related documentation, including any enhancements, corrections, revisions, updates, upgrades or modifications provided by Licensor (the “Program”) is licensed, not sold to you, by IQ Biometrix, Inc. (“Licensor”) for use only in accordance with the terms of the agreement included with your purchase. Licensor reserves any rights not expressly granted to you. 1.0 Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE PROGRAM. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR FORM OF ACTION, FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE LICENSE FEES PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM CAUSING SUCH LIABILITY.
